Pensions
There's a stakeholder pension scheme available to new employees (or the opportunity to continue contributions to NHS or USS pension schemes).
There is the option for employees to set their contribution level at 2%, with a consequent halving of the employer contribution.

Free Life Assurance
All pension scheme members receive free life assurance.
Annual leave
Starting annual leave entitlement of at least 25 days.
Continuing education
Financial support may be available for external training relevant to your career with the charity. Study leave may also be granted in some circumstances.
Interest free loans
Interest free loans are available to all staff for the purchase of travel season tickets, bicycles and satellite navigation systems.
Childcare vouchers
Staff with children up to the age of 15 can save money on tax and National Insurance by taking childcare vouchers as a portion of their salary.
